Supporting Research

Methodist Rehab Center is a research hospital, with research scientists working side-by-side with clinicians and patients to evaluate the effectiveness of various therapies, test new therapies and develop innovative, data-driven solutions. The donor-supported Wilson Research Foundation is the primary means of support of this research, granting more than $6 million to date, including $687,474 in grants awarded in 2015. The foundation is seeking new major gifts to build and expand on our research discoveries and to purchase leading-edge therapy technology that leads to better diagnoses, assessment and functional outcomes for patients.
